still we need a well known respected Rper to be the hokage. i bet Dante fits all the requirements! he was nominated when SY became the hokage. also he has a lot of konoha info with him. better leave him be the Hokage and Gin-san and ReXii-san can be the PO and WG IMO

I can handle being WG, i don't really want to be Hokage to be fair.
But i would prefer me and Gin as joint war generals, we have good contrasting views, having one WG is pointless in my opinion, one set person can make mistakes, two people can discuss a better resolution.

but dante has to much on his plate to add kage to it not sure if he can do it all, and i'm not sure if we really should replace sy he's been such a good hokage can we not wait for him?

As far as I understood, this Kage would act as a temporarily one until SY is back. We need some structure in the village or we keep on running around like headless chickens, everyone taking decisions. We need one person to coordinate everything, and with choosing a temp hokage there can be no mistake in who gives the order the coming time.

but the problem is that no one 'leads' while SY is gone. If we wait until he comes back, the village will become weak, people might leave and other villages will pick up in it and take an opp to attack.
