The village needs more activity. The tournament is good and all, but we're still lacking, and thus the village has been a bit dead as of late. Though I may be stepping out of line a bit on this one, I'd like to suggest that we either add another peace general or find someone to fill the position, as it seems like haku hasn't had the time to be all that active in the village as of late.

The village needs more activity. The tournament is good and all, but we're still lacking, and thus the village has been a bit dead as of late. Though I may be stepping out of line a bit on this one, I'd like to suggest that we either add another peace general or find someone to fill the position, as it seems like haku hasn't had the time to be all that active in the village as of late.

Well, here's my analysis of the role, though it may not be the same as SY's. Ultimately, I think it falls to the peacekeeper to keep the village active. And when I say active, I don't mean posting in the tavern a lot. I mean creating a village that actively works and grows together, and generating a fantastic rp experience. Take a look at how Iwa operates, for example. From what I've observed and heard of them, they're a really closeknit group, and act more.. well, friendly to one another than we do sometimes.

I think they're are others who may be better suited for the job than I.. Though I would take on the job if those people would be unwilling to do so.

Precisely! Missions outside of a war is an excellent idea, as it gives people experience in the nw, which, in my opinion, is extremely important.

The person that I'd like to take the job is Gin-San. He shares my views on this topic, and I think he'd do a damn fine job at it. Also, though I haven't talked to either of them about it, I think that McRazor or Lore could do quite well at it too.

I honestly thought that there was a different PO already assigned I know SY. Scorps and myself were talking about it a while back (before I went to investigate Iwa) I know we were looking to change almost all the roles except for the top 3 but since then ALOT has changed, 2 of the candidates left, Scorps left, SY has gone on hiatus, and Dante :| well I just don't know what the **** he did xd vacation? Too busy with engagement? Who knows.....All I know is that most of our hard hitting big guns have disappeared leaving barely even a handful.

And I already know quite a few of you don't think I should be the temp boss of any kind, because y'all think I am too rusty and beyond my expiration date (doesn't bother me I know I am rusty at a few things). But after my fight with Erzo and Kerrah I will be sounding the retreat so you all can regroup, or wait for SY to come back. But I will be handing the reigns over to someone else till either they would be elected Kage, or SY comes back.

Because trying to lead an army into war without all of them trusting/acknowledging you is like trying to start a fire with two plastic sporks.....just can't be done, well effectively.
