[Tier] Konohagakure 11 [Tier List]

Can anyone make a legit tier list? I kind of want two; One featuring Konohagakure teams, and one featuring Konohagakure, and the Sand (as in Temari, Gaara, and Kankuro).

Excluding: Naruto, and Sasuke.

I havnt seen The Last but from what I've heard I feel like Hinata should be higher. Unless this is just Shippuden.

I watched the Last, outside of that rumored Hamura power up with no literal feats. Her true showcasing of strength came from her fight with Toneri's puppets, she defeated a few of them by herself when her own father, and Hyuuga guards were defeated (this goes with Naruto a horde of them by himself).

I think that proves her Taijutsu improved tremendously.
