Konoha wasted Naruto's potential/Held him back

I honestly think Danzo would have made him the best shinobi that even a Sannin can't stand against despite having no emotions or whatever. Hiruzen (Prime... Hype) should have at least get Naruto to be trained by Kakashi or anyone who was close to Minato. I bet Kumo (despite tryin to take his mom like power hungry fools) would have given Naruto his full potential. Isn't the Kurama's power the combination of the tailed beasts 1-8 (well half... so a little stronger than Gyuki)?
