I'm not sure really who is stronger between tobirama and Tsunda but I don't see Tsunda beating any kages who use ninjutsu cuz she hasn't been shown the ability to counter them.

Well back in the first chapters iruka tells us the 3rd hokage was the strongest kage the leaf ever had and last time I checked that's hiruzen also he did beat both his teachers. Next hashirama wood release is dope from what o have seen OTHER ninja do. Then minato was just a boss. Then tsunda and tobirama are disappointments to me.
