Konoha is a lot weaker

From the beginning of Naruto to now, Konoha has been severely weakened.

Many of it's major powerhouses have been taken out.

Jiraiya- Legendary Sanin, Kage level
Hiruzen- Kage assassinated by Oro
Might Guy (maybe)- Arguably best taijutsu user of the NV
Kakashi's sharingan- the loss of his coveted Mangekyo Sharingan is a heavy toll
Neji- Top tier Hyuuga member
Shikaku- Genius tactician and adviser
Inoichi- Another head brain of Konoha. (Intel and communication)
Itachi- protecter of Konoha from the shadows. (Died a proud leaf shinobi)
Asuma- very capable jonin


Naruto's power up alone probably covers for all of their losses and then some, in terms of firepower and force.

However, excluding Naruto, the Leaf is nowhere near as powerful as it once was.

I have hope in the K11 stepping up and becoming the new backbone of the Leaf!

Man that's too OP!! Lol Naruto could literally send 5 clones to each of the nations and completely dominate.

Whether the Bijuu would cooperate or not is another thing! But if they did. Game over.
