The Eternal Genin is in one of the Konoha history episodes. He is the really old man with the fake right leg. He is a Genin, and eventually starts using A rank Jutsu...Old man pulls out the multi-shadow shuriken technique, Water Style: Water Dragon Jutsu, and some crazy genjutsu like sword technique! He is on a guard duty with Naruto and two random Ninjas!
