I'm surprised people didn't read the bold. Tenten solos scenario one because she essentially has infinite chakra if the OP is allowing her to use the banana fan unlimited amount of time. This allows Tenten to deactivate Deidara's bombs and shoot Deidara out of the sky. Deidara wins the other scenarios low-mid difficulty.

Scenario 1 :

I can see Ten-ten defeating Deidara. All of Ten-Ten's abilities counter Deidara. If you want to defeat Deidara you need to be a long range fighter, which is Ten-Ten's specialty. As for the restrictions, they shouldn't matter

Ten-Ten takes down Deidara low-mid difficulty.
Ten-Ten brings Deidara down from the skies then the girls group up on him once he gets down.

Scenario 2 :

Ten-Ten will have a tough time this time around, but I still believe Ten-Ten can take down Deidara.
Same thing will happen, Deidara gets stomped by Konoha Girls.

Scenario 3 :

This is kind of a strange scenario, I'm going to have to say Deidara or Ten-Ten takes this high difficulty.

The pairs at which they go in on Deidara makes no difference. I can see Ten-Ten soloing Deidara, but it would be high-difficulty. I can see Deidara obliterating Sakura low difficulty, however Ten-Ten will counter attack and take advantage that Deidara is distracted and use her twin rising dragon technique and barrage Deidara with blades and kill him.

I really like scenario 3 its a very strange set up.
My gut tells me that Ten-Ten will kill Deidara mid-high difficulty.
However, my smart side tells me that Deidara will take Ten-Ten high difficulty.

Deidara flys, Sakura cant hit him, Tenten cant hit him, Ino and Hinata are fodder compared to them, Drops a C4/3 depending on the senario, Deidara mid diff.
