Well first you have to get 50 posts before you make a bio. Then you post it in the character biography section. After that you wait for it to get approved. When that is done you have to contact a sensei or a senpai to train you in water ninjutsu. Once they have agreed you make the thread in the Training Grounds Section and then they will teach you how to do it from there. Hope that helps
