After Naruto and Sasuke, its Sakura. None of the k11 can deal with Katsuyu.

Katsuya is nigh invulnerable externally and can multiply and spit acid. You made it seem like katsuya is a beast. None of that shit saves her from internal attacks which is neji fighting style nor can sakura even touch him.

2. Lee- his power is still need to be unveiled, or it is unveiled already, but by Gai though
3. Neji/Choji - can't rank them, but Neji is shown to be a natural genius, enough to fight strong enemies... maybe if he's present earlier when Pein attacked, he can take down one or two body, but not Tendo I think
4.Choji/Neji - Choji, like his father, will be a great powerhouse by the Leaf. Their clan's prowess has been recognized by the Hokages.
5. Shikamaru - I dunno if I should place him in the 5th place, but we know Choji's physical power But nevertheless, he is still able to fight Hidan alone, an immortal rocker who's able to kill Asuma
6. Shino - clever and a keen observant, his full power is not yet revealed in Shippuden... Screentime of course...
7. Sakura - hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm..... let's face it... her physical power can be compared or maybe even better than Choji.
8. Kiba/Tenten - Kiba or Tenten, they lack screen time... Kiba is shown improved and better at the war, using Cerberus Jutsu like hell!
9. Tenten/Kiba -Tenten, the tomboyish among the K11 girls, she has a certain power.
10. Hinata - Why place Hinata over Ino? Hinata can "still attack" while Ino can't. I'm not saying that Ino is powerless, but Hinata has more offensive jutsus than Ino.
11. Ino - lastly, Ino. Never underestimate the contribution of this girl. Without her, maybe the Allied Shinobi forces never faced the Swirly Poopman's summon, as they have been defeated earlier.

So, Naruto is the strongest.
If we don't count him, it's Lee.
