Konoha against each single village? For sure, the power imbalance is obviously in the Leaf's favor.

Nah, that's overrating Konoha too much. A war is not won with just brute force. The invading force will always have it harder, as there will always be guerrilla tactics being employed against them in addition to standard military confrontation.
Add to this the fact that Konoha would be fighting the other villages on their home turf, and, well...

Kirin takes no chakra its all natural lightning.Kirin takes all his chakra.
He can solo one, that's about it. He also needs to prep.
Naruto on the other hand
Sasuke can cover the village in enton flames thus heating up the atmosphere.

it depends what time you were talking about, right after pains fight, leaf would lose.. leaf was strongest village before, but ever since oro atatcked it the village is majorly weakened, loss of hiruzen and many other ninjas.

The jutsu took all his chakra :i.
That's why he said "This will be my final jutsu" It wasn't all natural lughtning. For it to be able to attack Itachi and basically what it is, is it took the lightning from the skies and combined it into an attack. It was a jutsu.Not all natural lightning.

He used many chidori variants before and he used oral rebirth.He was low on chakra so of course it was his last move.
Using one amaterasu and spreading it around the village using enton manipulation takes little to no chakra.

For some reason I find hard to believe that "the ultimate ninjutsu" as amaterasu has sometimes been called would waste little chakra, specially if used to cover an entire village. Unless there's proof and, in such case, I wait for the scan saying so.

I think that if ever ninja ever excluding S06P fought from each village Konoha would come out on top. I mean who could stand up against Hashirama and Madara as teammates? Not to mention Izuna and Tobirama. I mean Tobirama scared the sh*^ outta everybody except Hashirama with just one finger. 3rd Hokage almost s*** his pants.
