Konoha 11's least relevant character?

Why make characters that no one cares about? Where would the show be without Ino, pretty much the exact same place, let's face it Tenten's weapon techniques are far from bad-ass. I just feel like we could live without some of these characters.

i think hinata lee neji and sakura are the only one releveant and i only put sakura there because she is narutos love interest and team mate ..well team 7 the rest are fodder

lol no character development at all. Tenten is the least relevant character in naruto but the rest aren't far from her.

I thought they were all pretty relevant. They were there to show how the village worked, and were there to acknowledge Naruto's improvements and so on. Yes they don't get as much air time because they are "less important" but as for relevance, I think so.

As to poll, to pick one it would be Ino. So she can get into your mind and make you do shit. Kinda impressive, however she is ****ed afterwards and is vulnerable whilst she does it. She can't quite do more then one at a time.

P.S She has a bit off healing stuff now I guess

Naruto, Shikamaru, Neji, Sakura, Choji, and Hinata are all important characters to the plot, the poll choices were just the obvious choices.

I vote tenten, she is a background character only, wasn't even important to the storyline. Ino and Shino are close though, they were naruto's classmates so yeah, I dont' even know why Rock Lee is in the poll. Kiba was there as a milestone for Naruto to prove that he was no longer the weakest of the rookies and was therefore important to the storyline.

Even though plot-wise some characters are not required, story-wise they are required. There are main characters and there are support characters. Support characters are definitely required to make the story whole.

Would the story make sense if we have only heroes and villains?

Well, if you think about it Ino is pretty essential with the Ino-Shika-Cho formation which is pretty awesome to be honest. Tenten is really undeveloped compared to everyone else. I mean, how much do you know about Tenten besides her weapon jutsus?
