How would you guys rate the Konoha 11 in terms of strength?

For the purposes of Naruto being far superior to the others, I am including Sai in the K11.

In terms of "strength", Sakura is probably the strongest, followed by Choji, Lee, Kiba, Neji, and Hinata. Most of the Konoha 11 do not use Taijutsu very much, and therefore are not strength specialists. If you mean overall abilities, versatility, and utility, I mostly agree with your list. However, Shino would have to be higher. He is not shown very often, but his bugs make him extremely versatile, with probably the widest attack range. Against more powerful opponents, though taijutsu seems pretty much useless, and therefore, the shinobi who strictly rely on taijutsu (Lee, Kiba, Choji, and Sakura) would automatically be lower on the list.
