Naruto, Neji, and Sakura. Naruto is extremely powerful, the brawn. Neji is powerful and smart, brawns and brains, Byakugan. Sakura, one of the best healers in the show, plus she's monstrously strong and intelligent.

u make good points i think i agree with u there sakura is lame but shes good at the healing side witch is vital in a 3-man squad

i was thinikng shika hes proply the best at what he dose but i think u need a midical ninja thats why i say sakura. nejis bakugan is too useull too loose thats why i say naruto neji sakura .yours would be a solid second imo

Why not Shino instead of Neji? Neji is close range just like naruto and sakura, with shino you would have a long range ninja that is also good at noticing enemies. Neji is definetely one of the strongest 11 but he would not work in a three man squad with naruto.
