OT: The Konoha 11 will win this mid diff. Their team work will trump the overall acquired skill and might of the single Sannin. Shino CAN simply unleash his mass of chakra absorbing insects on Katsuyu, even if she splits apart the insects can just crowd each individual "mini Katsuyu" and drain her chakra.

This can keep going until she is gone.

The Ino-Shika-Choj formation will be a good way to set up for Tsunade's inevitable defeat. This could either stun Tsunade for a matter of moments as the others come up with a better plan or ready themselves for an actual strike. Or Ino now has control over Tsunade's body itself, and the rest of the gang can get ready to fire off their best and most destructive jutsu.

Hinata and Neji could even come into close range and begin to make her useless by shutting and blocking her chakra points. After Tsunade is stunned by either the mind transfer jutsu or the Nara clan signature shadow possession jutsu.

Kiba, Tenten, Lee, Sakura aren't even needed.

They could, but the difficulty would change to high diff. I'd say keeping the Ino-Shika-Choj formation in is the best way to deal with Tsunade and not have it be a complete stomp-fest.

It's kind of funny to me how people refuse to acknowledge Shikamaru's presence. Not only is he a genius, but shadow possession is simply too much for Tsunade if she gets caught and backed up by the rest of the k11. It's ridiculous to think she wins really. I'm sure if he came up with a decent strategy to combat the immortal Hidan with only Asuma (with no intel) then coming up with a strategy in the heat of battle to fight Tsunade and Katsuya should be mere child's play (backed by the rest of the k11 of course).
