If you noticed shino only put one bug inside of the juubi clone yet multiple bugs came out. This means that they eat and reproduce all while inside. Since there's no limit to how much they reproduce and thus how much they eat(more bugs= more mouths to feed= even more bugs) they will continue eating until there's nothing left of Katsuyu. Like a virus lol.

seeing how quickly they converged through the clones body I doubt splitting afterwards is a viable counter to his bugs. Splitting beforehand would work though.

They definitely lose 3 and 4. K11 can't compete with 2 kage shinobi.

They stand a chance in 1 and 2 though. Between shino's bugs tracking and eating chakra and hinata blocking chakra, they have very good means of always finding either of these 2 and trying to cut off their abilities.

I'm not talking only about ranks, but about the power levels. Most of the K11 guys/girls are chuuninns for a good reason and not jounins, let alone Kage material shinonies.

If Neji is high jounin level then what is Hiashi? And please don't tell me his a Kage level ninja, because he obviously isn't. He has 1/2 of Neji's abilities + he is slow as **** ( no speed feats at all ). He is high jounin at most.

We did not see Gai performing Reverse Lotus either but we know he can, Hiashi had less paneltime but last time we saw he was making a Bijuu sized Airpalm while Neji's was much smaller, was capable of doing kaiten and 8 triagrams 64 palms is something passed down in main branch, he has more chances of having capabilities to do so plus nothing indicates he is slow. This is like saying 3rd kazekage is an idiot below Akamaru cause we only saw him as a puppet and has No intelligence feats or first mizukage is Karin level since we never saw him fight.

Tier lists is something we made up, not Kishi. "Above high jounin = low kage" is a mere assumption and naming in our part. Also it is not far fetched to say he can be low kage level.
I think Neji is a capable jounin who is on par/above/can compete with likes of Zabuza, Part 1 Kakashi, Part 1 Kabuto, Asuma, Kankuro, Temari, Darui, Chiyo etc. And Hiashi is above him.

Sorry for talking about Hyuugas this much i know you hate them just for clearing things out.

What can they do in the 3rd scenario? Most of them won't be able to react to Tsunade's attacks or dodge Mei's ninjutsu barrage. The battle would basically turn into a Neji, Sakura and Lee vs two Kages in 5 minutes. We all know who would win.

Konoha was always held in a higher standard than everyone else. So being an average konoha jounin or chunin means that your above average on the world scale, and tbh I don't see any of k11 losing to an anbu black op when though they are supposed to be elite jounin.

I don't see whats stopping mei from getting blitz by gates Lee from the get go. Or what's stopping ino and hinata from taking her mind hostage from afar.

Only neji, kiba, choji it's needed to keep tsunade busy in cqc. Shino just incase the slug comes out.

Rankings not meaning a thing has been always the case in Naruto. Lee, Neji, Gaara are not main characters yet their genin part 1 selves would whoop chuunin tiers like Iruka, Ino, Tenten, Shikamaru, Hinata etc. Gaarawas owning Anbu members with no difficulty but Lee in base was giving more trouble to them than those jounin-chunin guys ever did.

How is this wank when I said Sakura loses. This is a Sannin, who is nigh invulnerable.tsunade has effect over the area she is in do to her Monsterous strength, her only real threats are rock Lee, Sakura, and Neji. Neji can't do any harm to her, she can defeat him, Lee will have to go eight gates and try to kill her but it will not work because she will outlast and she will not be affected by this attack, Sakura is her only threat because she knows mostly all of her moves, and can possibly counter them but because she has not shown regeneration she cannot beat Tsunade
