How can't Neji compete with Lee, he was shown being able to react to Lee in gates since part 1 and it is heavily implied that Lee couldn't challenge Neji without gates. He, since then,has heavily improved and was the only one to become Jonin amongst the K11 .That being said, SM Naruto is a whole nother story and him not being able to damage Sasuke is laughable. Naruto,Neji,Lee take the front lines and everyone else offers support, combined with a Stradegy from Shikamaru Sasuke loses badly. Eventually Sasuke loses stamina and dies.
Neji cannot compete with lee in speed. Gai said the answer to beating neji is high speed combos. It was never specified at which gate Neji is not able to react to lee. But we know it's either 3rd gate,4th or 5th gate. So what you need to ask yourself is this. Is 5th gate lee anywhere near Raikage speed that Sasuke reacted to? Doubtful. Neji might see susanoo arrows coming but like kakashi, he can't move to avoid it and kaiten requires movement.
Saying Shikamaru comes up with a strategy is laughable. He can only come up with a strategy if there is one to come up with. People are forgetting his chuunin exam battle with temari. What happened there? He himself is close to useless. His binding tech with not hold sasuke like danzo's didn't. He is only good for his strategies. And you know sasuke is also smart. Shikamaru would be one of the first people he'd take out with arrows or amaterasu because shika isn't fast.
And like I've said. madara had to be pulled out of his susanoo so that FRS could hit him. ie FRS will not go through. It might damage susanoo badly but sasuke would be fine.
In fact the only scenario I see Sasuke dying is by them somehow getting him out of susanoo and ino mind transfering just as FRS is about to hit so sasuke doesn't dodge it. Very unlikely.
From manga, taking the whole kage summit and danzo fight into account, MS sasuke can shoot about 5 arrows in one day, enton shield twice. amaterasu spam like 3 times and pull out susanoo for extended periods of time so long as he isn't using ama or susanoo arrows.

Only people that can react are possibly 3-5 gate lee and Naruto(SM Naruto). Neji could react but only if he notices susanoo knotching the arrow and starts kaiten. If he starts kaiten before the arrow is released then he could survive.
people who cannot react once arrows are shot are base lee, base Naruto and everybody else. If Naruto does not start of in SM, they are all dead(hope you know that)
I'll assume lee starts in 5th gate and Naruto in SM. lol
Sasuke has 5 arrows. Ino dies first(her mind transfer could be a nuisance). Shikamaru dies next. 3 more. Kiba dies next just to thin the herd. Then shino. Feel free to argue how any of these people survive. It's a debate after all.
Ten ten and hinata have no worth in this team. Sakura punch/kick doesn't even get through ribcage susanoo. So she's also next to useless. Her medic skills could be useful to the team maybe. So swap shino for sakura and she dies first by arrows
While there is a scenario neji could react to arrows. He doesn't react to amaterasu, So he dies( nobody tell me anything about neji seeing the build up of chakra in sasuke's eyes cuz that's just bullshit).
So we are left with the strongest members of K11 VS Sasuke. As it should be
Sasuke vs lee and SM Naruto. I'll add Neji to the team just for fun.
So long as Naruto does not come with prep, he has 2 FRS worth of senjutsu.
Sasuke still has enton shield and 2-3 amaterasu to spam. lee dies. he's fast but not V2 Raikage fast. amaterasu gets him.
Sasuke is all out of arrows but he still has some ama to go. So he takes this a bit more close range. Susanoo sword is available. lol. Why am I still arguing. This is a stomp.
Edit: Forgot about chouji for a second. He still dies. his fat ass might as well be a bullseye.
