K11 high diff, Sakura can summon Katsuya and stick her on each person, which makes non Sharingan genjutsu useless,

the could also sacrifice parts of katsuya's body to amaterasu while shikamaru comes up with a plan that will murk him,
on top of the fact that with the constant healing they get from Katsuya they will definitely outlast him and Ino could act as a sensor and relay his position to the attackers so he won't be able to hide,

if he tries using sussano, they keep their distance and pound him with ranged attacks until he runs out of chackra...

Konoha 11 actually have great teamwork.

-Communications can be handled by Ino and Katsuyu relaying information
-Sakura and Ino can act as medics if anyone gets injured
-We have Shino's bugs which can act as screens and jam Itachi's enhanced vision, also can eat through Susano'o
-Sakura, Lee, Hinata, Choji, and Neji can go up against him in close combat and prevent him from weaving signs while Shikamaru, Shino, Ino, and Tenten support from a distance
-Kiba comes in with Gatsuuga and smashes Susano'o
-Hinata+Ino can nail him with advanced shintenshin
-Kiba, Shino, Hinata, and Neji can track Itachi with their sensory abilities so he can't hide

There's no way Itachi can win this.
