Naruto wouldnt kill, hes said so himself. He isnt a killer, he doesnt have the capability is his person. If he could kill when he needs to then he wouldve alreadh and it wouldve saved him and the village alot of trohble. Him killing anyone would be a complete contradiction to his character.
