Because she's either nerfed or whoever she's punching is an antagonist crucial to the series.
Not arguing with you though, this isn't about Sakura.

Just replace them all with Naruto....except 4 and 8, I guess. Those are befitting of Ino.

Also, while I'm here, Sakura is not at all well versed in Taijutsu. She can hit hard, but she's support, not someone that goes one on one, hand in hand and coems out on top.

She's nerfed by fan definition only, she came out just as kishi intended. I agree with the list though, accept for that one change and I'd take her off most efficient. other than that good list

I'm pretty sure CES is much more interesting than anything Ino has shown.

A list would be like this (excluding Sasuke) :
1- Naruto (RSM)
2- Lee
3- Neji
4- Sakura
5- Hinata
6- Kiba
7- Shikamaru (He does most of things with his shadows , I didn't see him using pure Taijutsu)
8- Shino (Those bugs aren't taijutsu ; he still has a great mind)
9- Choji (almost fodder without ninjutsu)
10 Tenten (Why not ? Just ninja tools and no good feat)
11-Ino (Almost nothing)

Yes it is. You obviously made this thread for that purpose. My first clue was the Sakura avatar and signature. My second clue was that you ranked her as deadliest, as opposed to Lee or Neji. My third clue was the fact that you're complaining about her being nerfed. My fourth clue shall be taken to my grave. My fifth clue is that she really should be flashiest, since her punches are basically nukes.

For deadliest you should put Lee along with Sakura.

I'm not even going to argue with you about Sakura's "deadly" taijutsu but at least make it credible by adding Lee in that slot as well.

Otherwise the list seems fine.

Of course because taijutsu isn't her speciality. Compared with Neji, Hinata and others whose speciality is taijutsu CES is one of the most boring jutsu.

I think Hinata being able to pull off a sixty four palms puts her well above the other two since Ino has little to no feats in Taijutsu and the most impressive thing Sakura ever managed to land a hit on with just Taijutsu and no distractions is a Juubi Clone. Its all strength, but take that away and she's barely any better than Ino.

.......no. That is all CES, which fair enough, she excels at. But what about Taijutsu feats? Like, in combat.
