Give reasons why they would work well together, whether it be because you've got a close range fighter like rock lee matched up with a long range fighter like Shino or some other reason. The key is balance, try to make the teams as close to equal as possible, so don't just put Temari and Neji on a team because they're the upper echelon on the 14 ninja, try to make the teams equals to your ability
