NOTE-Just because someone is ranked lower than another does not mean he couldn't beat them in 1v1 these rankings are based on overall statistics.
I would have liked to attach pictures of each of them but I don't have the time to look up pictures of each member so I'll just attach a picture of all of them.
1. Naruto Uzumaki-Shouldn't even be up for Debate, strongest Shinobi in the Leaf right now and top 5 current active on most lists. Since learning Sage mode has become in another League from the rest of the K11 and mastering BM has put him past Kage level.
2. Neji Hyuga-Only jōnin of the group, praised as being a prodigy and the strongest rookie during the Chunin exams, Mastered all of the Hyuga clans top jutsu's at an early age, Best Defense of the K11 and probably the most overall balanced.
3. Shikamaru Nara-With an IQ over 200 the by far the smartest member of the group and top 3 in the series, uses his tactics to win his fights took down a member of the Akatsuki by himself (Granted the weakest member) and trusted by Tsunade the be team captain on several important missions even being in command of jōnin's.
4. Choji Akimichi-Until recently he would not have been ranked 4th but since Mastering Butterfly mode is physically the strongest member of the group, he managed to capture Hizashi Hyūga in his hand while crushing Kakuzu underneath his other fist during the war, and then went toe to toe with the Gedo shortly after.
5. Rock Lee-The fastest of the group and physically the 2nd strongest next to Choji, only ranked as low as 5th because of his inability to use Ninjutsu, Known to be able to open up atleast 6 of the 8 gates and was able to fight Pakura a powerful Edo Kekkei Genkai user. (This is ranking Rock lee without Gates open, with 6 gates open he would be above Neji)
6. Shino Aburame-Probably the 2nd smartest of the bunch, has outsmarted his opponents in every fight he's been in, was able to take Kankuro to a draw in the Chunin Exams and would have most likely been promoted to Chunin alongside Shikamaru if he was given the chance to be observed. Probably would have been ranked Number 1. in the early stages of part 1, but has not been given any significant upgrades since part 1.
7. Sakura Haruno-Tsunade's pupil, pretty much a miniature version of Tsunade, will most likely pass her with age but still a long way to go, Was able to greatly assist Chiyo in fighting Sasori with her physical strength and superior knowledge in antidotes and poisons. Ranked above Hinata and Ino just because of her medical prowess.
8. Hinata Hyuga-Even though I've ranked her at 8th She is no fodder, has greatly improved her Byakugan abilities since the early stages of part 1. Was able to shortly fend off the Deva path while also removing Naruto's restraints from his body. She could be on par with Neji if she mastered all of the Hyuga's clan's abilities and had more self confidence.
9. Ino Yamanaka-With her clans abilities can tap into other peoples minds and take control of them with Mind Body Switch Jutsu and was able to hold off Asuma in Choji's body shortly which is no small feat, but she hasn't learned many of her clan's more advanced Jutsu's because she has spent alot of her time training in Medical Ninjutsu, but still very Viable to the Ino Shika Cho formation.
10. Kiba Inuzuka-A beast and tracking specialist but aside from 1 on 1 taijutsu combat hasn't shown as much versatility as everyone ranked above him. Showed great growth between the Chunin Exams and Sasuke retrieval arc but hasn't grown much since, he still relies heavily on Akamaru and his main attack is still his Fang over Fang.
11. Tenten-The only one of the 11 I would consider fodder, And Kishi agrees as he didn't even give her a last name. The only time she's been shown to be very useful is in the Movies and Anime only content. She was given the Sage's Fan just to seem somewhat viable during the war. Would lose to all 10 of the K11 ranked above her without much Difficulty. Not much I can say to make her seem like she's useful aside from long range support.
