We all know Kishimoto is not that good at developing supporting characters and I was sad to see that nearly half of the K11 were still fodder in Shippuden. I decided to make up abilities that would make the K11 more relevant among the rest of the Narutoverse, these abilities also have concept graphics that are close to what they would look like. Tell me what you think.
I'm excluding team 7 because they're already high tier, Rocklee, and Choji because they are already decent, and Sai because he's not OG K11.

Shino
Kikaichu Armor
The name Kikaichu Armor comes from Kikaichu, which is the name of Shino's bugs, for those who don't know. Shino has his bugs surround his body and meld together with strong chakra bonds to form a tough suit of armor. Within this armor Shino’s physical strength increases being able to destroy boulders with a simple punch. Shino’s durability and endurance also increases. Using Kikaichu armor takes a lot of chakra. After using KA, Shino is suffers from physical fatigue, and is unable to use his beetles for a period of time. There are two forms of this armor.
Beetle form
In this form Shino’s physical strength is increased 10 fold (on par with base Sakura part II physical strength), his durability goes through the roof, being able to tank powerful of attacks both physical and chakra based (at most able to tank a bijuu blast from 4 tailed Naruto). At the cost of sky high attack and defense, Shino’s speed is decreased immensely.
Dragonfly form
In this form Shino’s speed in increased immensely. His physical strength, durability, and defense are also increased, but they’re not as remarkable as beetle forms. His speed is slightly faster than Rock Lee in 4 gates. His armor also has wings that grant him the ability to fly.
Appearance
This is as close as what I could get to what I’d see beetle form looking like. Just imagine beetle form being less samurai-y and the dragon fly form being less bug like.
The Great Kikaichu
We all remember the giant beetle Shino found in his dreams while in infinite tsyukuyomi right? I was thinking that should be a summoning. Just like how Naruto can summon a toad, and Sasuke a snake, Shino is able to summon a giant beetle known as the Great Kikaichu.
Personality
The Great Kikaichu is very prideful and loves to speak out of line. His confidence and egotism tends to clash with Shino’s humble and soft spoken personality. Although he’s a bit egotistical, he’s a strong believer in honor and is very loyal to Shino.
Abilities
The Great Kikaichu uses both lava release and wind release, being able to spit out lava from its mouth and creating large laceration inducing gusts from its wings. Shino is able to fly upon GK.

Neji & Hinata
Naishikyo Byakugan
(I decided to include Neji because the Hyuuga are entirely under powered compared to there supposed equivalent, the Sharingan.)
The Naishikyo (nai-she-ki-yo)Byakugan is the byakugan equivalent of the Mangekyo Sharingan. Mangekyo meaning kaleidoscope and Naishikyo meaning
Naishikyo Byakugan is obtained by a Hyuuga who has a near death experience (ex. If Neji had survived being impaled by Obito's attack, he would have unlocked Naishikyo). This can be a self-inflicted experience, ex. throwing oneself off the side of a cliff and surviving, or consuming poison and surviving the side effects. Because of this many, Byakugan wielders end up killing themselves trying to achieve this power.
Unlike the Mangyekou Sharingan, the Naishikyo Byakugan is nontransferable. Meaning upon removal from the eye socket, the Naishikyo Bykugan becomes useless.
Abilities
The most basic abilities of all Naishikyo Byakugan grants the user with 360 omnipresence of up to 25 meter range, being able to read the thoughts of people, decipher dishonesty and emotions, seeing all the known jutsus and techniques of there opponents, and knowing all the opponents strong points and weak points. This also allows them to know what attack their opponents plan on using before they even physical perform them.
The secondary ability of the Naishikyo Byakugan varies among different users from;

Appearance
This is as close as what I think NB should look like. When NB is activated the users eye turns from a pure white iris to a spectrum of colors, similar to what space looks like. The colors very among users, from having very cool color eyes (blue and green) to having fiery hot color eyes (orange, red). The Iris glows and appears to be constantly rotating.

Shikamaru
Shadow shogun
Shikamaru’s shadow forms into a two dimensional figure resembling the a Samurai carrying a scythe. The shadow has a conscious of its own and has great offensive capabilities.
Dimension Slash
The shadow shogun is able to cut and slash through physical objects with his scythe by cutting the shadow of that physical object. (Ex. If Shadow shogun was to slash the shadow of a tree, the tree would be cut down. If Shadow shogun was to slash at the shadow of your head, you would be decapitated instantly.) There is no countering this attack physically.

Appearance
Heres the concept on what Shadow shogun would look like. Shadow shogun is attached to Shikamaru, is 2 dimensional, and is usually on the ground. Although it can become a 3D manifestation, in a way similar to Susanoo.

Draw backs
- Range(The shadow shogun is limited to a 25 meter radius around shikimaru, so opponents knowing about shadow shogun can avoid it completely by keep a distance of 25 meters between themselves and Shikimaru. (This is not to say Shikimaru cannot pursue them).
- Physical fatigue
- Mental instability (While using shadow shogun, its demonic personality begins to take effect on the user. The longer shadow shogun is in use, the more control it gains over the user. Over use of shadow shogun will cause the user to lose complete control of themselves, leaving there unconscious body in the hands of the violent, and sadistic demonic shadow shogun.)

Tenten
Kami Katana
The Kami Katana (or God Katana) is a legendary sword that was hidden in the mountains near the hidden stone village. (A bit of backstory, Tenten acquires this weapon after being told of a fable of a legendary sword hidden in the mountains and going on a lone expedition to find it, surviving in the wild for months.)
Abilities
The Kami Kanata is able to cut through physical objects as hard as steel and is even able to cut through chakra based objects such as Susanoo.
10,000 Raining blades
The name describes itself. Tenten focuses her chakra in to the Kami Kanata, and summons exactly 10,000 swords make of chakra that fall from the sky at terminal velocity. The swords disappear after several minutes.
Soul Stabber
Tenten loads up the kami Kanata with all her chakra and sends it flying after a target. The Kami Kanata will pursue the target at high speeds, ripping through trees, crushing boulders, taking down buildings, any going through physical obstruction until either the Kami Katana stabs its target through their heart, or runs out of chakra. Tenten has been able to keep her KK active for up to ten minutes.
Drawbacks
Tenten is her own drawback. Although the Kami Kanata has amazing power, its limited to the amount of power its wielder has being Tenten. Tenten not having a decent chakra pool is only uses the KK’s abilities in life or death situations.

Tenten gets a complete design reboot, I find her original outfit ugly as ****. You can see her holding the Kami Kanata. While in use the Kanata is coated in chakra similar to Asuma’s knuckle blades, allowing Tenten to cut through chakra based objects.

This is great in situations against multiple enemies. She also is able to access that person’s memory. The possessed appear to have completely purple eyes, and when sensed by sensory ninja, the possessed give off Ino's chakra signature.

Drawbacks & rules
- Ino can be kicked out by the person she is trying to possess if they are mentally strong enough or have large chakra pools. (Ex. Sasuke, Minato, Shikamaru, and Sakura are mentally strong enough to kick Ino out of their body, while Raikage, and Suigetsu would fall victim. Naruto or Killer Bee would overpower Ino with chakra and kick her out).
- If the person Ino possesses receives any injury (stabbed, punched, dismembered, etc), the damage will be transferred to her body.
- If the person Ino possesses dies, Ino dies
- In chaka form, Ino is vulnerable against chakra based attacks. Ino is also unable to attack others.
Appearance
