Taijutsu: people will say lee, but Sakura's is superior, she doesn't have to kill herself to reach God level damage. Neji is top for the hyugga style and lee is top for the strong fist. But Sakura can mimic both without much effort which makes her better.

Kenjutsu: Tenten

Genjutsu: Sakura ( she has the highest stat, naturally resistant, and has the most potential in it 3.5 is the highest star you can have if you don't use genjutsu, Ino would be second with her mind techniques)

Ninjutsu: Sakura perfect chakra control and medical techniques

Speed: Lee, only because Sakura was nerfed to not use chakra enhanced speed

Reflexes: Sakura , she was keeping up with Sasuke and Naruto in terms of reflexes, Neji byakugan is next, however Sakura has shown a form a precog with her own eyes

Doujutsu: even though Sakura eye have more feats , Neji

Book smarts: Sakura
Battle tactic: shikamaru but Sakura isn't neck and neck according to feats

Chakra control: I won't even pick Sakura because what she does is beyond chakra control, Ino is the next choice , her mass telepathy jutsu and medical techniques are impressive

Strength: Sakura, choji has shown cute feats, however chakra damage output is greater, and she has shown brutes, she lifted a boulder and yanked sasori, while poisoned . I'm sure Sakura has Tsunade level of strength now, the manga never said that she didn't, fans just assume she don't

Handseal: Sakura again, this stat is about knowledge on how to use them and predicting the attack, Sakura has the highest

Strength: Lee, once again. Sakura cannot teach anyone "strength" since her source of strength originates from chakra control. Lee's strength is both natural and obtained through methods of training his own body. But then again this depends on what you define as strength.

Hand Seals: Not really sure here I guess

Stamina: Lee would fit better here given how he trains his body for enduring the gates. Naruto's stamina is a combination of handouts, therefore it cannot be taught.

I'm a little confused why people are picking Naruto for ninjutsu, he literally have shadowclone and rasegans.
He did change his nature of it to wind, and that was the most impressive thing he did.

There isn't really a good choice here. Most of them use clan techniques, but I think I'll say Tenten might be a good choice given how she seals things frequently.

Ninjutsu is nothing but chakra control and is different from sealing, Sakura mostly taught Naruto how to control his chakra and I think she has what it take to teach ninjutsu. She learned the most complex medical ninjutsu in thee months.

I agree Sakura would be an excellent choice here as well. Not sure about your other placements of Sakura though esp handseals/taijutsu. Sakura's taijutsu is nothing special and she barely has uses for handseals.

Wel im assuming Sakura is pretty talented, seeing her chakra control is astounding and she got a 4 for hand seals in the databook.

I would argue that her knowledge of handseals is above average...which results in a high databook score, but for actual training and application purposes I personally wouldn't pick her. The only thing in her arsenal that really requires handsigns is Katsuyu...so what experience is she drawing from to teach with?

I'd go with Naruto for all except taijutsu and booksmarts. I'd choose neji's taijutsu and shikamaru for his brain.

Thats the thing Handseal ties into chakra control. Sakura is so great that she doesn't require handseals to activate her jutsu. She is comparable to Hashirama, being about to heal herself without handseal, back during the Sasori fight, she can also activate her byakugou seal without the usage of handseal.
