Konoha 11 in their prime

all of them have alot of room for improvement sasuke and naruto are the only two that explored their nature affinity so far, they're just teens they're no where near their prime.

Naruto is not near his prime, experience and maturity should be improved upon. The rest of K11 is not in their prime femme, so that means they are weaker than their parents? I doubt that will be the end of it, they aren't even adults yet.

Ino wont be OP- she will take over her dads place, she will be great and useful and pretty badass.
Choji wont be OP- he is possibly on her dads level.
Shikamaru- He is pretty much in his prime, all though he can develope more shadow like jutsu, that wont increase his power but his versitility...same with Ino and Choji.

Naruto is very close to his prime, he lacks the brains of a genuis but he has power to back it up and he may have Kuruma. Naruto is slowing how powerful he will be, he is at his peak now, all he can do now is increase his versatility, with more jutsu.

Sakura is not at her peak, she may be but we havent seen what she can do,

Sasuke, he is very close, but he isn't really a solo act yet, so no.

Hinata- she isn't she isn't even better then part 1 Neji yet, but she will delevope into something great because she is Hinata and represent the Hyuuga

Basically what I am saying is,
if your not Sakura, Naruto, Sasuke, or hinata, you are at your prime in this war

Sakura can get stronger, Naruto can i guess, but he is close to his prime, and Sasuke is in his prime, butI have a feeling there is a power up.

The rest are pretty much in their prime.
Though InoShikacho are the only one who will develop more clan jutsu, that wont make them stronger per se but more versatile.

Oh and Hinata, she will slow the true power of a Hyugga.

yea inoshikacho will be little progressive individually but as a group they'll be strong, yea I hope Hinata improve too!

Agreed. But I think Kiba could be close too in terms of power. That Cerberus Jutsu is pretty badass to me and I don't even like Kiba like that o-o

When he creates a lot of Shadow Clones and use that Cerberus Jutsu, think of how many heads there would be and imagine how powerful it'll become b/c of that
