Konoha 11 improvement?

Wich character/s of konoha 11(except Naruto for obvious reasons) would you like to get an upgrade/improvement in their skills or personality and state what should it be?

I would like that Hinata and Neji would surpess any other Hyuuga before them in gentle fist and an improve they Byakugan like for example: reading an opponents mind and be able to disturb the chackra system just by using the eyes.

I'm pretty sure that Naruto doesn't count since he is already powered up and improved.
Also Kakashi isn't in Konoha 11.

Shino- learns Torune's bug techniques in addition to his own

Lee- masters 8th gate before guy, and dies saving Naruto or Neji

Neji- develops some new byakugan technique, teaches it to Hinata

Shikamaru- boosts up his stamina and learns some technique to create more shadows and thus increases his shadow power and damage.
