Dysfunctional? Team 7 obviously. Functional? That definitely goes to Ino-Shika-Chou.

All of them are functional bar Team 7, which is a living mess. Good thing Naruto doesn't associate with his former team mates too much anymore.

Team 7 was the most dysfunctional than them all & Ino-Shika-Cho was the team most functional than all others..

Lee-Ten-Neji is next.. They had a sensei that cared whole hearted about them

Then Kiba-Shino-Hina.. Their sensei got trashed by Hoshigaki/Uchiha team of Akatsuki so she was basically void.. The team had no sensei..

Team 7 is a piece of shit team so its easily them. Only Naruto and Sasuke are relevant anyway.

Ino–Shika–Chō is easily the best in terms of teamwork. They are literally born to be a team. Team 7 was definitely the most dysfunctional.
