History and Background Info
History: Much of Konoe’s history is shrouded in mystery, though some details are known. Konoe was born to a poor woman in the Hangurian Penisula alongside his twin sister, Kaori. His father abandoning them during pregnancy, the trio lived in poverty and danger. His mother died shortly after his birth, leading him to and Kaori to grow up in the harsh environment of a declining Hanguri Freehold and growing impoverished areas. As a child, Konoe experienced much conflict in their struggle to survive, notably after Motoi’s forced isolation of the Freehold, making supplies and food even more scarce as a majority of resources were retained by the government. Though these issues bothered him, Konoe believed in the Freehold’s future and knew that once they made it past these tragedies, that Hanguri would return to it’s former glory.

It wasn’t until 13 years later when a peaceful protest was broken up by the Freehold’s army, causing significant backlash and turmoil through the country; as war and riots erupted almost overnight, rumors began to circulate that several of the protest organizers who had disappeared were actually kidnapped by the Black Ones, the elite secret force of the Hangurian Army. While Konoe had suspicions for why, he was torn on whether the country he had grown to love was worth saving or if it had become as corrupted as the land they lived on as famine continued to spread and crops continued to die in certain regions.

By the time the Freehold declared bankruptcy, Konoe had grown old enough to understand the flaws the current leadership had though he had likewise become respectful enough to understand his place within the military he begrudgingly joined for the betterment of his sister’s life, who had become frail and weakened over the years of poor nutrition and health. Raising the ranks to become a notable lieutenant within the organization, Konoe was tasked with diplomatic relations between the Freehold and growing bandit clans in the area. Working to unify the groups, Konoe and the Black Ones he led were often on extended leaves from the capital, taking Kaori with him. Thankfully, this allowed the pair to survive the destruction of the Chungsu when Kyubi arrived. However, the Freehold itself would not survive this, signaling the beginning of the end. It was during this time that Konoe was said to have met Oisha for the first time.

When the Freehold finally collapsed, Konoe found himself the new leader of a group of soldiers who had no home and direction. In the power vacuum that erupted soon after, the Hidden Valley Village grew to claim most of the Freehold’s former territory with Madara eventually coming to lead the area. Though he hadn’t been seen in some time, the famed Uchiha’s might was enough to force Konoe to bide his time and care for his small group of soldiers and sister, often using the former for covert missions designed to sabotage the Hidden Valley and expedite their fall.
Konoe soon joined a small group of bandits to better provide for him and his sister.

When the Cataclysm occurred, [REDACTED INFORMATION].

Present Day
Konoe’s position as the new Lord-Commander over the Freehold’s Remnants is not to be taken lightly; though he rose to power during a 2-3 year period, his supporters all back him strongly and consider him their true leader for his victories, morals and his loyalty to them and other human in the area. He currently seeks to rid his land from the Arali that plague it now and in due time, the world.
