[Suggestion] Konnichiwa Section

I think the Konnichiwa section should be closed. The whole thing. Everyone posting in there has obviously had enough time to say hello to the base, or people just post there for spits and giggles. Some 2012 members are even making Konnichiwa threads, and it is almost 2014, which means they are alts. :|

I believe this has already been discussed. Some members who registered have not introduced themselves as yet, so if they do happen to log in, they may want to do that. It doesn't automatically mean they're alts.
I believe the section should stay open incase those who didnt introduce themselves(Like me o___O), would want to do so in the future.

I think they should open it up but have a nominal account maintenance fee. Break a rule loose the account be out the money. Want another? Fine, cha-ching.....
