I'm fairly new to Naruto, I have not started Shippuden yet, so I'm trying to avoid spoilers. I've been a huge fan of anime for a long time, and while I find manga interesting, I do prefer video.

I'm aware that the Naruto episodes are just filler after episode 135, but at the risk of blasphemy, I must say I don't care; I'm on 150 and still enjoying it.

I joined NarutoBase because I like Naruto, its awesome world and want to hang out with other fans (sadly I have very few friends that like anime). Also I thought the concept of the roleplay and battling was intriguing, looking forward to some sparring. I'm not sure where to start with that, but I'll poke around on the forums and see how to get involved.

I don't speak a lick of Japanese outside of a few words, so I hope that won't hinder me at all on this site.

Thanks, and yeah, I realize that, not too worried about small stuff, like the fact that they're older etc...just major plot points concern me, that's all.
