Konan's army

Konan fighting Tobi alone was pretty brave. She ran countless simulations guaranteeing Tobi's death, but she didn't account for Izanagi and died because of it.

Now I was wondering, since her and Nagato ran the Hidden Rain village, doesn't that mean she was the one who was in control of it after Nagato's death? If this was true, then why didn't she have the Hidden Rain village's shinobi fighting Tobi with her?

If Konan had landed her first two attacks and if Tobi lost one eye and one arm like in the manga, there's no way he would have been able to touch her with those fodder Shinobi helping her. Konan could have continued attacking Tobi while her army stayed back and made sure Tobi wouldn’t lay a finger on her. Hell, I would say that Tobi would have lost that battle and he would have had to retreat, he might have gotten killed if he wasn’t careful. I think then if he had lost the first time, he would have come back with Zetsu and Kabutomaru, and there would be a battle between the Hidden Rain village and Kabutomaru’s edos.

only a scene that shows kabuto's edo-shinobi in blood and dead bodies everywhere

and they probably couldn't do a thing to tobi. when konan used the technique even she herself thought tobi died. the others would alse been deceieved.
and her last attack was either meant for taking tobi down with herself, or she was trying to keep tobi away, so that he couldn't use his doujutsu to learn whereabouts of the rinnegan

I know the Hidden Rain Village would get wrecked by Kabutomaru's edos, but Konan wouldn't have accounted for that considering when Kabutomaru joined Tobi. If she had known about the Zetsu army, she would know that Tobi couldn't invade her village with it considering he couldn't move it without being noticed by the Joint Shinobi army
