Konan's Abilities !?

So this just occurred to me last night that is konan's paper manipulation jutsu ( or whatever its called ) is a kekkei genkai ? Or its a special ninjutsu like the aburame clan or yamanacha clan ? Was this point cleared in thee manga cuz I don't now about it !1 Could anyone please tell me if they know !!

NAra clan uses Yin-Yang , so according to Yamato gives them advantage of Shadow ninjutsu ... with the dominating of YIN

YIN is used to give forms from nothing so logically Konan uses her Yin chakra to give form to her papers ..... and the part of making them move is easy !!
