Konan would Demolish Kakashi with ease

Konan i believe could take out kakashi in quiet a short time firstly konan uses explosives, how an kakashi counter her attacks.....Kakashi is mainly a short range fighter, he will not be able to reach konan.
It's just like when he fought deidara, secondly Kakashi could use mgs but as u know it takes lots of chakra from him.
these are the main reasons why i think kakashi would lose U_U

Every ninja has encounter explosions. Everyone uses them explosion tags, she can just use them better b/c of her origami skills. But Kakashi can still beat her.
-To tell you the truth I don't think Kakashi even needs to use MS in this fight.
-Konan's main weakness if water jutsus, And Kakashi has plenty. Plus I think he can out think.

There is no way you can prep for a man with over 1000 jutsu if you strong suit is paper. Kakashi's nindogs can smell explosive notes. Not only that but fire beats paper. Rock paper sissors, anyone?

Kakashi always fights with clones to learn his opponents... like vs Pain...

Kakashi caught Pain off gaurd a couple of times, and came close to finishing off the Yahiko path on his own, then with Chouji + his dad..

All i'm saying is if Kakashi can give Pain that much trouble.... he'd handle Konan with little difficulty.

I think Kakashi has this with ease....
