Konan: Who do you think she romantically loved more (Nagato or Yahiko)?

In the Ame Orphan flashbacks when Yahiko was stealing the Rinnegan, Konan almost kissed Yahiko. Now, as an adult, she cares deeply for Nagato. Who do you think she romantically loved more?

In other words, pick either Nagato or Yahiko. Whoever you pick, please explain why that person is who she loved romantically and the other is more of a family love.

I am saying this because at times in manga family love can be confused for romantic love and vice versa.

For me, it seems like she loved Nagato romantically because the years since Yahiko's suicide, it seems like their bond was more of a romantic one because if Konan romantically loved Yahiko, her bond with Nagato might've shifted from family to romantic and Yahiko became a family type.
