Bruh she turns to paper and has massive wings. Once deidara makes the clay dragon and it flaps its wings to start flying it doesn't take chakra.
She weighs like what maybe 2 pounds? You're really questioning whether those wings can keep her suspended in the air when she's made of paper?

Let me give you a brief on how the Narutoverse works. Everything requires chakra, save for some taijutsu. What you're insinuating is that Deidara and Konan are using magic to fly. How do you define magic? Action at a distance with nothing to connect the dots. There's always something (Chakra) connecting the dots in the Narutoverse because magic simply doesn't exist in it. Deidara is manipulating chakra in some way to make his birds fly, stop, land etc. That requires chakra. They arent just doing that on their own, otherwise its magic. If Konan wants to move, she needs to manipulate chakra to make the wings move, right? That requires chakra.

Gotta show me some scans of how she disguises her paper... I admittedly don't know a whole lot about Konan. I don't think paper bombs are doing much for Konan against Tsunade though.

Edit: Didn't she already do that when she was hiding Nagato while the 6POP were attacking the leaf?

Only recently noticed how overpowered this ability can be. Against Obito that entire ocan was actually paper, so she could even fool his Sharingan and make it think it was real. DB restates this as well, that his Sharingan couldn't even see through it. And yea, what she did versus Naruto also counts. Either way, Tsunade won't know which trees weren't at some point when she's moving around in the forest. If she comes close to a paper tree Konan can either have it explode, or just hide some paper clone inside for a sneak attack.

@InvisibleMan, Konan was surprised that 600 BILLION Explosive Tags were capable of forcing her to stop her Paper angel transformation technique. Pretty sure her chakra levels are ridiculous since she fuelled each and every one of those explosive tags, she says herself that they require her chakra btw, in case you think explosive tags don't use chakra.

It requires chakra for her to stay in her paper form, which she needs to do to fly anyways. So it's basically the same thing. But if her paper form didn't require chakra then it would be a different story.

Deidara's dragon was a bad example as it wasnt a part of him. Although he only talks about needing chakra for creating the clay forms, but whatever.

Right, but I don't see this being a difference. Haku's ice dome tanked the blast of well over 20 explosive tags with negligible damage. Do you think it could do the same to Madaras Katon? Extremely doubtful. Tsunade was capable of taking it head on, without too much issue. I don't see Konan standing a slight chance here, especially once Katsuyu comes into play.

I used to think Tsunade would win with mid difficulty but recently I've looked at Konan's abilities in great detail and now think she low diffs Tsunade if Tsunade doesn't have intel.

Tsunade will most likely opt into engaging CQC with Konan, much like she did with all her opponents. When that happens Konan can restrain Tsunade and simultaneously suffocate her while slicing her head off with a paper sword which is actually as strong as an ordinary metal sword. Sure Tsunade is probably strong enough to move around while restrained by paper but she won't be able to effectively move around especially when being blinded, suffocated and having her head cut off.

There are several methods. Tsunade goes to punch her> Punches right through her paper form and gets smothered like suigetsu and jugo.

Well first off Tsunade needs to summon Katsuyu. While Tsunade does that, Konan transforms into her paper and closes the distance. Once Katsuyu is summoned, Tsunade will be on top of it and tell Katsuyu about the situation and what needs to be done. By this time, Konan will have already surrounded Tsunade so there aren't thousands of Katsuyu clones surrounding Tsunade before Konan surrounds Tsunade.

Flying and paper bombs aren't that big issues. There is more to Konan such as logia hax which Tsunade doesn't know about which means Tsunade will be tempted to punch Konan.

All in all no possible way for Konan to win.

Konan flies right above the mini Katsuyu clones and engulfs Tsunade with millions of paper sheets. Konan isn't going to be throwing attacks so what's the point of those Katsuyu clones tanking them when there is nothing to tank? BTW Konan can alter their trajectory.
