No prep Tsunade should outlast her. I doubt she could keep her body in paper form for as long as Tsunade can go at her. I don't see how flying is a factor either.

Konan can fly as long as she wants and Tsunade can't do anything about it. Even if Katsuyu is summoned Konan can make a giant storm of paper shurikens and kill her. Konan is severely underrated tbh.

She has no chance... Tsunade can't keep up with Konan's Paper Shuriken and Kunai Storm launched at her. Konan can also easily apply Paper Bombs to any of her techniques.
