Intel: Konan knows dat tsunade is a Sannin and she is a medical ninja of highest caliber....
Tsunade knows dat Konan is an akatsuki member and dat she cannot take her lightly....
Konan (the lady angel) Vs the legendary sannin.....

W/o prep: I'm not sure if with Katsuyu's help Tsunade can win so, Konan High-Diff. However, if Katsuyu's acid can indeed melt Konan's paper then Tsunade mid-high diff.

So she has better defence and her disgusting summon is using acid which is very effective against paper.

I agree but Jiraiya's toad oil made quick work of Konan so she isn't resistant to oil.

OT: Tsunade mid difficulty. Doubt Konan has anything that can put Tsunade down for good. She also doesn't have anything against Katsuyu. Katsuyu's acid will eventually get Konan.

A single paper bomb is strong enough to blow away limbs, Tsuande hasn't shown feats to recover limbs. How is katsu going to get her with acid, it really isn't hard to dodge especially if she can fly or blow with some paper so it doesn't hit her. Konan's chakra levels aren't exactly low, she was able to keep her 600bn bombs going for 10 mins straight.

I'd put my money on Katsuyu managing to drench Konan with her acid, considering Jiraiya managed to do the same with his oil (with a smaller quantity to boot). If not, Konan remains the likelier of the two to be defeated by fatigue.

I can't find the page where Katsu did the acid spit but it didn't take out Orochimaru, Jiriya or the summons it's not that hard to evade. Also Jiriya's oil works differently from Katsu's acid, Jiriya's was faster and the reason it was so simple for him was because of knowledge on Konan's abilities.

True but Obito doesn't have regenerative abilities and his body is made out of Zetsu's cells, nerfed Hashirama's cells so his durability can not be compared to the likes of Tsunade or Hashirama. Edo Hashirama and edo Tobirama are pretty weak and at that point in time, we had no idea that they were Senju or that they were more durable than regular ninjas. Also those edos didn't have instant cellular regeneration as they first take damage and then regenerate whereas Tsunade's regeneration is almost instantaeneous. Also Tsunade could potentially use Katsuyu and put a Katsuyu mini on her so that the explosive damage is nullified.

True Orochimaru and Manda were able to evade it but even still, both of them are faster than Konan and Katsusyu didn't repeatedly spam the attack but in this case scenario, once Tsunade learns of Konan's intangibility, she'll have to do so.

jiraiya used oil on konan as he knew about his students jutsu...... but as i have mentioned in the start tsunade doesnt have any intel oder dan d fact dat she is an akatsuki member.... so i doubt that tsunade will use oil on konan....
