I think Konan would win. She wasn't hyped that much but she was one of the few people to damage Tobi so yeh

only thing is that she prepared that ahead of time just for dealing with tobi. it's not clear how quickly she could create that again. so it would be interesting to see the fight.

she's a sannin like jiraiya and jiraiya defeated konan quickly w/out trying
