Konan, her paper tags can still explode when wet, the excessive flames would evaporate Suigetsu's water in his body, and she could do that paper tag ocean jutsu she did on Tobi to get rid of that resevoir....imo

Indeed lol the hulk was pure epic in the film I loved the bit where he punched Thor and the bit where Captain America was like "and Hulk, smash!"

Personally I think konan would win but it will be difficult. Suigetsu has his evaporation jutsu, although Konan has something like that with her paper tech, maybe konan wins with low difficult xD

konan fought tobi in the rain and her paper didnt even notice. plus she can make it hard as steel. i think with the bombs konan would eventually outlast him
