Actually think this is an interesting match-up tbh. I'd say Konan has her chances if she keeps paper around Onoki at all times to prevent Jinton. If Onoki can find a way to land Jinton he wins, if Konan can attach her explosive tags to Onoki's body directly, she wins.

Anyway... given the... ahem, recent observations regarding her, this match-up might not be as lopsided as one might think.

Onoki could obliterate the entire place with jinton taking out a large amount of Konan's paper although some of the paper will survive as Onoki can't track every single paper loitering the battlefield. Konan will lose a lot of chakra once most of her paper gets atomised. If Onoki can keep this up multiple times, he wins.

On the other hand, Konan wins once she or any of her paper gets to Onoki. She can appear from any paper she has on the battlefield. Stopping Onoki from prepping jinton will be tough because he can utilise jinton while being carried by a clone of his. Konan's flight speed is inferior to Onoki's but the speed at which her individual paper travels should be faster so I can see a paper airplane get in Onoki's blindspot from where it multiplies and allows Konan to take Onoki out.

This fight is a toss up which depends on various conditions.
