Konan takes longer to transform than it takes Mei to fill up the small room with acid mist. Though Konan can still create more paper to replace the ones she starts losing but any paper exposed to the mist will melt and the paper tags will probably explode or decompose near Konan. There's also youton which Konan can't dodge in an enclosed location.
