Konan vs Jaraiya

personally I would go with Konan because of strategic advantages she has.

Morays was overpowering her the last time they fought and would have made the final blow to kill her if nagato did not interfere with his paths . Knowing that , it is clear in the manga that konan is inferior to jiraya

Jiraiya wins every single time: His Fire jutsu and Oil would completely take care of her Paper jutsu and his swamp would handle it all and his super hair defense and barrier and his summons... There is no way Jiraiya would lose to her!

I'm not sure what strategic advantages you're referring to. Jiraiya trained Konan from the ground up so he knows what she can do. Not to mention Konan already faced Jiraiya and couldn't really do much to him

In the anime, Konan prepared everything beforehand.

In a versus thread, unless you state the conditions, we assume they don't have anything prepared. Konan has no strategic advantages.

Konan will lose to Jiraiya as she already did in the manga and anime.

Seriously? Jiraiya takes this mid difficulty at best. He wasn't having any problem dealing with her in base mode before Pain showed up.

Only way Konan would win would be if you gave her prep just like she had against Tobi.

Yeah she may have prep time but she didn't know all of his abilities and didn't know about SM.

Jiraiya beat her before and Konan's only chance is if she has preparations such as those 600 billion papers, and still she might not even win.

Konan Prep vs Base Jiraiya: Konan might win with high-extreme difficulty.
