ok im sorry but their is no way konan could possibly win this one deidara is basically a more advanced konan konans main moves are basically paper bombs she can make a lot and can make big explosions but deidaras are more advanced plus c2 missiles would be a problem for her also how will she dodge or avoid c3 or c4

and also she cant use 600 billion tags that was prep time for tobi nothing more she cant pull this technique out of her ass

sorry konan is strong no doubt but this isnt to good of a fight for her deidara wins

Those paper bombs were staged, not even a real jutsu. Deidara wins low difficulty. His C4 would destroy everything konan has.

Konan wins. She can also fly like Deidara, and she's the only one who actually uses paper bombs proficiently hah. she's also basically made out of paper, so she could disband and move away from explosions if needed. Deidara could draw by blowing himself up though lol.

I think you're highly underestimating 600 billion paper bombs but I don't know how it works when Deidara is flying

Ok, thats not what you said. but still, Deidara would be flying on a birst, so 600 billion is pointless.

If dei uses c4, konan can go paper and avoid it
If their fighting on land, no Messanger of God(Actual translation of 600 bill)
if their fighting on lake, no c2.
C4 is pointless cause paper cant breath.
C0 is instant win exept when the other guy is out of chakra exept for enought to summon the biggest snake ever, control it, desummon it all in the space of 0.0001 seconds

Imma go with Deidara, cause konan cant do anything about C3
