If both are given full prep time and then fight, Konan will win. Without prep also, Konan has moe chances of winning against Hidan. Hidan's main weekness is lack of ninjutsu. He has only taijutsu & his jashin curse method.

600 billion paperbombs is not a trap someone sets in a couple days 600 billion . thats serious prep time . the shikamaru situation is not a good comparison . konan doesnt have shadow jutsu to bind him and put him in a large pit . different situation

konan cant hurt him with her jutsu . this scenario is no prep time . hidan tanked kakuzu attack for fun . paper cant hurt him
