OK so when she was fighting tobi by her self she blew nearly half of his mask. while naruto kakashi guy 9&8 tails and killer bee only put a scartch on it.. ppl I can now say that she is the strongest female and can kick some of most of the guys asss..

Well it was definitely a good plan. It was risky but the chances of Tobi killing himself for the sake of killing Konan were close to none. The females of the group are supposed to be the smartest ones, so Konan's a good example of an intelligent women.
Although I don't think you should use that to say Konan > KCM Naruto + Kakashi + Guy or something like that if that's what you're aiming for.

Judging from how Tobi was able to survive those paper bombs by Konan, it left me no doubt Tobi dont give a *** about the battle with Kakashi and co.
Let say Tobi were to have his arm cut off, he wont feel any pain as seen during the battle btw Sasuke and Danzo. He was sitting there armless like a boss.
He could just use space time jutsu to teleport to his hideout ANYTIME to regenerate himself.

Its all in the info....she knows it only last a max of 5 minutes or something like that so she planned ahead and had the feild preped for battle and even knowing this she still failed cuz tobi got 1000 tricks

Konan was a hell of a ninja. But the flaw on your thought. Who the hell knows where you got it from. As far as the manga goes they have shown 3 different mask on Tobi. Now to proceed with this...Once naruto crashed head on with Tobi head to head he explained why he was unable to break it. Now I will not give you the answer because it wouldnt sink in one bit. Go read the manga. So what Naruto did in one move it took Konan a load of paper bombs and a life time of making them and nearly draining all of her chakra. So no Konan is not in the level your sun flower seed brain think she is.

Yeah definately strongest female, but keep in mind that tobi's mask was weaker back then, he used one sharingan, and he didnt have the rinnegan. Plus Naruto, Bee, Kakashi, and Gai were all pretty tired from fighting Tobi's six paths who each had sharingans and rinnegans in addition to naruto being tired for using so much kyuubi chakra already ie: using more than 8 clones while in kcm, fighting nagato, past kages and other strong ninja (his clones).

He also didnt use the 1-7 tails on Konan. Konan is a boss but you cant compare her using the battle with Kakashi Naruto Guy and Bee.
