She detonated six hundred billion paper bombs simultaneously...let me write that number out for you. 600,000,000,000 paper bombs. Paper tags don't take much chakra to explode, but the sheer number of them and the fact that Konan could detonate them all is insane.
Let's give chakra in a numerical value, a quantitative property, let's say that a Rakiriki costs 100 "chakra points" and a bijuudama costs 100,000 chakra points. Even if it takes only 0.00001 chakra points to detonate a paper bomb, it would still take 6 million chakra points to detonate all those bombs at once. That's huge - enough for 60 bijuudamas or 60,000 Rakirikis if we go by my randomly guessed numbers (which is very generous by giving it only 0.00001 chakra points per paper bomb, when in fact it's probably a lot more than that, by my randomly guessed numbers a Rakiriki costs 10 million times as much chakra as a single paper bomb. A rakiriki obviously doesn't take that much more chakra than a paper bomb.)
If we were to say that a single paper bomb costs 1 chakra point and a Rakiriki costs 100 (which is a more realistic estimate), then Konan would have enough chakra for 6 billion Rakirikis or 6 million bijuudamas.
Kishimoto obviously didn't realize what a huge number 600 billion is, and he accidentally gave Konan some of the highest chakra reserves in the manga. Lol. I would say she easily has more chakra than Hashirama, Nagato, Kisame, BM Naruto, and Killer Bee combined.
