Gai is dead don't waste a spot on the list
1. Naruto
2. Kakashi
3. Tsunade
4. Tenzo
5. Kurenai
Would count oro or sasuke but they're missing nin

Sakura (she's Tsunade #2, but lacks the 50 years of experience)
Sasuke is a missing-nin and not considered a Konoha shinobi as of now, otherwise he would be right under Naruto on this list. But he'll be one once the war is over most likely.

She's the only jounin left alive except for chogis dad and shizune and in the datebook they all have the same rating

5) I guess it'd have to be Orochimaru (i mean techinically he is/was a leaf shinobi)

3. Orochimaru (knows pretty much every Kinjutsu out there and he is truly immortal, not a single person out there who could kill him for good).
4. Sasuke.
5. Naruto.
Reason why I put Naruto below Sasuke is because I can't stand Naruto at all. Both, his attitude and his fighting style suck.
