Obito had the Gedo and BZ, Madara had neither.

No he doesn't once again he only shows that he can't read the manga Obito had BZ attached to him which BZ himself said if they kill him obito was going to die since he was keeping him alive. Kishi didn't contradict himself KOl is just asshurt.
