Koji Kashin

Koji Kashin is a clone of Jiraiya created by Amado. He is a former Inner of Kara, during which, he was in charge of the sector on the outskirts of the Land of Fire. Ultimately, his loyalty to Kara was but a façade for his goal to take down Isshiki, showing a very patient and methodical nature. Koji is shown to be rather proud of being a shinobi himself, stating outright he is fine work working as a tool as that is part of being a shinobi.
Abilities:
- Koji is a gains an increase of +2 Bonus MIND, and +1 Bonus AGL unless they are using Dual Abilities, in which case the ability with the highest AP boosts will apply.
- He is also capable of summoning natural flames that cannot be absorbed as well as Fire that can prevent regeneration abilities from working.
- Koji is capable of using Perfect Toad Sage Mode unlike Jiraiya. He is also able to enter it instantly, not requiring the user to be still.
- Koji is capable of using all of Jiraiya's exclusive techniques, including his Hair and Oil Techniques and various Toad techniques.
Restrictions:
- Requires, at least, Chunin Rank and 16,000 Kumi.
