Koga, the 5th gym leader of Kanto in Pokémon, basically represents a Ninja. I love his chara design.
He reminds me Hiruzen Sarutobi.
Instead of the current Danzo chara design, I would have loved to see Danzo with the chara design of Koga. Because Koga looks like a dark ninja, especially because in the Manga he is a vilain. Danzo Shimura with Koga chara design would be so badass, especially because Danzo in Naruto represent the dark ninja, the traditional ninja.
Master Splinter in Ninja Turtles could have been also a character in Naruto lol. Especially because animals ninjas exist in Naruto, like the Monkey King Enma. And originally, Hiruzen was supposed to be a dog in the beta of Naruto.
